Food Trip Friday---My Kind of Chopsuey

There are different kinds on serving Chopsuey. It depends on the mix of vegetables used. I like my Chopsuey with quail eggs and shrimps/ king prawns. The vegetables are not over-cooked, everything looks fresh.

With this I used:

chicharo (peas in a pod), baby corn, red bell pepper, carrots, white onion, quail eggs (boil & peeled ahead) and shrimps

Stir-fried all together in a wok. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix 1/3 cup cold water 2 tablespoons cornstarch ,2 teaspoons soy sauce
