It's nothing new, it's an old dish, an all-time favorite. Mechado is one of the dishes I always run through my weekly menu. I like it better than Kaldereta.
naku, eto ate ench ang hindi ko alam... di ko alam ang difference ng mechado at afritada... wahahaha!!! ang caldereta ko kase iba... may liver spread at peanut butter... so medyo distinguished ko sya from the 3... pero mukhang super sarap ng luto mo ha... yum!!! MINE'S HERE
Masisira ang diet ko dito. Sa tingin pa lang sa Mechado mo,parang mapapa-eextra rice ka..
