Some of you may have noticed the long break we took. Since December of 2021, from New Year's and the Omicron surge last January 2022, it became a challenge for us to go back to the market. The constant change of schedule, the adjustments needed to be made with online schooling and the preparation of going hybrid for work made it difficult for us to manage, until the Greenhills Weekend Market met its own challenges and eventually closed down.
We were taking few orders online from our weekly clients from the market but we did not go full on as we might not meet demand with our schedule. On top of that, we had some health issues we attended to as well. It was only this May when we sort of, got back on track.
We are currently looking into joining a nearby weekend market so we can push for the expansion of our humble bakery business.
Making bread has been the epitome in our family to be always at our best because we serve other people. With that, we are always 100% in everything we prepare. Mistakes are welcome for improvement, but to fail is something we want to avoid.
