W make our bread from scratch on the day you want it, this is why we need at least 2- day notice.
We studied and poured time creating the recipe for each bread and we are still learning so we can add more on the list.
We do not use artificial ingredients and additives to prolonged shelf life, we only use basic bread ingredients to meet health standards and be able to enjoy soft buttery bread.
