I'm an official Tootsie Roll Kid! I remember buying this candy at a local sari-sari store some time in the 80's, for 2.00 (php). Now its at 55(php) per 100g and 15.00 per stick.Just recently, a friend gave us the Vanilla flavor. The vanilla flavor if I'm not mistaken, is only available and released every Spring in the U.S.
