Food Trip Friday---Ham and Cheesy Sticks

Cheesesticks wrapped with molo wrapper, and ham strips. Deep fried until golden brown. Best served (for me) with Jalapeño sauce.

These look wonderful! When you say cheese sticks do you mean just some cheese cut into a stick form? Here in Canada you can but cheese sticks (which are lond sticks of cheese) or breaded cheese sticks but we usually refer to the cheese stick as the breaded kind.

Also what is molo paper?

thanks
:)

Both applies. Your version sounds yummy too. Here in the Philippines, we cut the cheese into sticks and wrap them with an aisan wrapper called molo, then we fry it. Molo wrapper is dough like cut into thin square sheets.I think its the one also used for dumplings.
