I was in SM Cubao last Wednesday picking up some veggies. Very timely. I have been wanting to experience carrying brown paper bags for my groceries (just like in the movies). Aside from that, I have always been thinking, why not use paper bags instead of plastic.

hi enchie! i was at sm cubao save more last thursday, sana i went there on a wednesday so i can see and meet you in person. wala lang, it's nice to meet online friends. i worked in the cubao area kaya palagi me dumadaan dun eh. hope you'll have a wonderful weekend.
About time our stores in the Philippines to go green. Pede bang magdala ng sariling bayong sa SM?
Dito sa Japan, uso ang eco bags--some of the supermarkets here would charge a 5cents(5 yen)if you want your stuffs in plastic.Imagine mo na lang kung araw-araw kang namimili at kung ilang plastic ang magagamit mo sa isang bilihan?Sayang din ang pera kaya I chose to bring my own eco-bag to help save the environment.
yah, its a noble thing for sm to do this, kaya lang sana nag promote or na-advertise silang mabuti, para makakapagdala ang mga customers nila, lam mo naman dito sa atin napaka bilis mag change ng weather, biglang umuulan, pano na lang yung mga nag-cocommute di ba?
Hi Leah! its a good thing you brought the commuting dilemma. I agree, most likely hindi applicable 100% kasi madami ang commuting.
